Madison County Emergency Medical Services is accepting sealed proposals for the remount and/or a new purchase of one or two Type III ambulance modules, Chevrolet or GMC 4500 chassis.

Vehicle Specifications:

•Gasoline engine with automatic transmission and overdrive

•Type III ambulance conversion

•Module size: 172” L x 98” W x 92” H

•Preinstalled floor plate (provided) and wiring compatible with the Stryker Power Load System

•Must comply with all current Federal and Kentucky State regulations

Ambulances must be completed and delivered no later than November 1, 2026. The RFP price must include delivery to Richmond, KY.
